All the features users know and love are still there – just with a fresh look. - 77% of app users asked for a Message Centre. We listened, and now important notifications and messages are in one convenient spot. - 85% of users also told us they wanted more control of their preferences. The updated app makes it easier to manage hearing devices, notification preferences and account details. - Better guidance to set-up hearing devices and enhancements to improve connectivituy stability.
