About this app
every morning your cat hands you one gold coin. it is yours to spend, no questions asked. go over and the cat is sad, never mad.
that is the whole idea behind pennywhiskers. once a month you tell your cat what part of your money is just for you: your fun money, your allowance for little treats. it splits that into days, and each morning there is a fresh coin waiting on the meadow. spend through the day and tap the pixel bills in your wallet as you go. stay above zero and your cat purrs, hearts fill, and a little streak grows.
and on the days you go over? nothing flashes red. your cat just looks a bit sad and asks what happened. a treat, a need, an emergency, or you simply forgot to log. you pick, you get one kind line back, and the debt dissolves overnight. a rough day chips a heart and rests your streak, and that is the whole of it. tomorrow's coin is always whole.…

Method and limits
What a missing label means
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
Limits of this report
- A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
- Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
- Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
- A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
