About this app

Podigy is a powerful, customisable podcast player.

Beautiful.

Podigy is designed to feel intuitive whether you follow dozens of podcasts or just a few.

New episodes from your subscriptions appear in the New tab. Add what catches your interest to your Queue to listen later. Or mark your favourite podcasts to have new episodes added to queue automatically.

Queued episodes download in the background so they're always ready. Reorder them with a simple drag. Create custom filters to match your mood. News in the morning, calm stories at night.

Podigy looks and feels perfectly at home on iOS. The new Liquid Glass design, motion, and layout patterns are designed to feel native and elegant.

Powerful.

Behind its simple interface lies a powerhouse of features.

Playback speed can be set globally or per podcast. Trim Silence saves time without affecting clarity.…

iPhone Duo support Podigy now supports iPhone Duo. Find in transcript A new search button in the player's transcript opens a find bar. Matches are highlighted, with the current match shown in solid yellow, an "N of M" count, and buttons to move between matches. The find bar sits just above the keyboard, and auto-scroll pauses while you search so the current match stays in view. More reliable playback on iOS 27 Podigy now handles iOS 27 audio interruptions such as phone calls. Playback pauses when the system takes over audio and resumes on its own when the system says it's safe to.

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
