Improve Your Posture with Just Your Headphones
PodPosture helps you build better habits—no cameras or extra gear required. It uses the motion sensor or Bluetooth signal strength from your headphones to gently alert you when you start slouching.
How It Works
Detects posture changes as your motion data changes or the Bluetooth signal weakens when you lean forward
Plays a light audio alert when your posture drops below your set threshold
Sensitivity is fully adjustable during onboarding or in settings

These are really on sale; we just can’t tell from the name whether they recur.
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
