PRGRES is a free workout tracker for iPhone with unlimited custom workouts and plans, no account, no ads and no data collection: the App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected”.
Log sets, reps and weight in seconds, catch new PRs automatically, and see when it is time to add weight. There are no limits on plans, workouts, exercises or history, and every feature in the app is free.
LOG FAST
- Sets, reps, weight and optional RPE, with suggested weights from your last session
- Quick Log: type or dictate "bench 3x5 100kg" and PRGRES fills in the sets
- Warm-up, drop set and AMRAP sets; timed holds, cardio and bodyweight exercises each get the right inputs
- Assisted pull-ups and dips log your bodyweight minus the assist
- 400+ exercises, or create your own mid-workout
- Rest timer with a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island…
