Purchase Quote Compare is a local offline tool for small business admins, purchasing assistants, and project owners. It helps record quotes from multiple suppliers when buying office supplies, materials, services, or project parts, then compare tax-included prices, freight, delivery times, and payment terms in one place.
Key features include supplier quote entry, tax and freight totals, automatic total price comparison, delivery and warranty notes, award records, comparison report export, local project search, and template reuse. All data is stored only on your device. No login is required, no network connection is used, and no personal data is collected.
