Fixed issue with the app no longer being able to find the closest NOAA/ICAO weather station which impacted the forecast functionality and the NOAA/ICAO auto-locate feature. NOAA made a change to one of the APIs which caused the issue.
Bug fixes including an issue that caused widgets and Watch complications to not be correctly displayed for NOAA/ICAO weather stations.
