About this app

Reqeast is a native API client for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Built with SwiftUI and Rust. Test HTTP, call gRPC, open TCP/TLS, send UDP, connect WebSocket, and subscribe to SSE. Six protocols in one app.

No Electron. No cloud accounts. No sign-up. Launches instantly. Your data stays on your devices. Synced through iCloud. Nothing else.

HTTP

Request builder with GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE, HEAD, and OPTIONS. Headers, query params, and body as JSON, form data, URL encoded, text, or binary. Eight auth types: Bearer Token, Basic Auth, API Key, JWT Bearer, Hawk, AWS Signature V4, Akamai EdgeGrid, and more coming. Responses with syntax highlighting, JSON tree, images, and hex. Cookies built in. HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2.

New: OpenAPI 3.2 import. Improved: curl import uses a full shell parser, so quoting and line continuations work like in your terminal. -L, --max-redirs, and -m carry over to the request's redirect and timeout settings, and the -d body is kept exactly as pasted. Improved: project import is all or nothing, brings environments along, and syncs them over iCloud. If a credential can't be saved to the Keychain, Reqeast tells you. Improved: launch and large spec checks no longer block the interface. Fixed: smart dashes and quotes no longer change pasted commands and JSON. Return adds a new environment. Counts read correctly in every language. The Git token field in Settings is visible again.…
