FIXED - Creating a service request, the keyboard could obscure the input field, Cancel WO button, and Next button on the Troubleshooting screen. As a result, you could not proceed with the work order creation. We've updated the interface to ensure that input fields and action buttons remain accessible when the keyboard is displayed. - When you created work orders and answered interactive troubleshooting questions, the provider rank overrides configured in your dashboard issue list were ignored, and work orders kept on being dispatched to the wrong providers. Today, you no longer have to worry about this issue.
