Our first-in-class app provides over 500 questions based on the document the Air Force uses to write the SJT portion of the PFE, AFH 36-2647. The SJT Guide for PFE app covers scenarios across all 24 foundational competencies and behaviors.
SJT Guide for PFE posits a real-life situation and asks you to select either the most or least effective responses from a selection of four possibilities. Detailed rationales provide concise explanations of the most or least effective actions to take in each situation.
