It reads Time in Daylight from Apple Health. No timers to start. No account to create. Just a clear picture of today’s light on iPhone and Apple Watch.

What’s new in 1.1

Sun walks When daylight and steps overlap, Sun Nudge glues those windows into a sun walk — minutes, distance, and the time it happened. You’ll also see what share of your steps were outside.

When the sun happened A morning, midday, and evening strip so you can tell if your light was a sunrise walk or a late-afternoon stretch.

Morning light A quiet streak for days whose first daylight is before a time you pick.
