About this app
Every apartment search site earns a commission when you sign a lease. Sunny is the one that tells you about it - and gives part of it back to you.
When you sign a qualifying lease through Sunny, you get Cash Back once you move in. Real money, paid to you.
NO CATCH, AND NOTHING ADDED TO YOUR RENT
You don't pay more. Your rent is your rent. The property pays a commission the way it always has on every rental platform. Sunny is the one that shares it back with the renter.
HOW CASH BACK WORKS
1. Search and find your next place on Sunny
2. Contact the property through Sunny and tour it
3. Sign your lease and move in
4. Claim your Cash Back by your preferred payment method
WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP
• Search by city, neighborhood, or map
• Filter by price, bedrooms, amenities, pet policy, and move-in date
• See the Cash Back amount on eligible listings…

Method and limits
What a missing label means
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
Limits of this report
- A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
- Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
- Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
- A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
