About this app

TagNote is available for Mac, iPhone, and iPad, and syncs data via iCloud.

Meeting notes, lecture summaries, web clippings, and sudden ideas—

Are you losing track of what truly matters in the chaos of scattered information?

[TagNote] is a tag-based note-taking app that breaks free from the limitations of traditional folder structures.

Assign multiple tags to a single note and organize your thoughts flexibly. Connect ideas, discover patterns, and gain new insights through your very own knowledge network.

Key Features of TagNote

#1. Unlimited Tags, Effortless Organization

Say goodbye to rigid folders. Add as many tags as you need—like Work, Ideas, or Books—to each note.

Easily manage and retrieve notes across multiple themes with just a few keywords.

#2. Powerful Yet Simple Editor…

Version 1.2.11 · 2026-10-07
New • Tag Cloud: see every tag at once, sized by how often you use it. Sort by count or name, search, and tap a tag to jump straight to it. Open it from the top of "Note Tags" in the sidebar. Improvements • The sidebar is now split into Library (All Notes, Fleeting Notes, Trash) and Collections (Starred, Birthdays, Recurring Checks). • Starred is hidden from the sidebar when you haven't starred anything. • Note lists now show a one-line description under the title — so it's clear up front that fleeting notes aren't saved. • List titles no longer shift between left and center depending on list length. • The note screen's bottom bar was rebuilt on standard system layout, so it sits…

Shortened here; the full notes are on the store listing.

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
