Version 1.0.23 · 2026-10-02
Fixes the scale selector on iPads in full screen. On 12.9" and 13" iPads in landscape, the scale list opened off-screen, so the scale stayed on Chromatic.

About this app
The Remnant is a feedback-matrix drone synthesizer. 8 FM voices modulate each other through an 8x8 routing grid. Signal circulates, persists, and transforms. You set conditions. The sound decides what to become.
VOICES
8 FM oscillators with continuous waveform morphing: sine, triangle, saw, noise. Each voice has pitch, fine tune, morph, character (thin, normal with sub-octave, or wide unison), and level. Every voice can modulate every other voice through the matrix.
FEEDBACK MATRIX
The 8x8 grid is the core. Each cell controls how much one voice modulates another via FM. Diagonal cells create self-feedback. 7 topology presets configure the routing: Pairs, Ring, Star, Mesh, Chain, Random, and Custom. Each topology produces a fundamentally different timbre from the same voices. Edit individual cells by dragging. The synth auto-detects manual edits and switches to Custom.…

Method and limits
What a missing label means
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
Limits of this report
- A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
- Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
- Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
- A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
