What is the TLPP program?
Developed by Préma-Québec, the TLPP program is a Quebec innovation aimed at promoting breastfeeding for premature babies hospitalized in intensive care. It enables participating neonatal units to systematically and freely lend hospital-grade breast pumps to mothers of eligible premature babies.
