About this app

Welcome to the transformative experience of The Triple Flame: a powerful pausing technique that involves pausing for 3 minutes every 3 hours, alongside many people spread across the globe. Regular but short pausing will infuse your busy day with a contemplative state, which can be an incredibly enriching experience. Contemplate with others, and deepen your joy into the silence and beauty that we often miss in our busy lives.

Features:

· Pause Contemplation Timer + Live Count: See how many people are pausing at the same time with you!

· Multiple Pausing Modes: Silent, Guided or Soundscape Pause - 3/5/10 min options.

· Track your pauses over time, privately and offline + export function…

Version 1.5.4 · 2026-04-29
In this update we did our best to tackle the shadow of "interrupted pausing" on newer phones. We also added a button to re-import your historical pauses in case they're detected once you update. Here's what's new for version 1.5.x • A smoother, more reliable audio experience for your pauses. • Improved playback handling across the app. • Polished timer and journey flow refinements. • A round of stability fixes and under-the-hood care. This release is all about making the app feel steadier, softer, and more supportive in the moments that matter. Less friction, more presence. Thank you for walking this contemplative path with us. ~ Team64

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
