About this app

Your favourite TV channels, movies, and series. All in one place, playing beautifully.

UHF is a smart, modern IPTV player made by people who actually care about how software feels. Whether you use M3U8, Xtream, Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby playlists, UHF turns your streams into a clean, super-smooth Apple TV experience that feels just like a premium streaming service.

And because we put our users first, we don’t lock the essentials behind a paywall. You get all our core playback and content tools completely free. No tricks, no nonsense. Here’s what you get for free:

- Search everything, instantly: Find that live channel, movie, or series across all your playlists in seconds. Handy colour-coding shows you exactly where each stream lives at a glance.

- A TV guide built for touchscreens: Forget clunky, old-school grids.…

Version 2.4.0 · 2026-10-29
- iPhone Duo: We have made various changes to better support the new toy from Apple. - Audio and subtitles: Your preferred languages are now recognized however a file labels its tracks (codes like nl, nld, dut or nl-NL, or names like "Dutch" and "Nederlands"), so the right audio and subtitle tracks are preselected more often. - Subtitles: Fixed switching between embedded image-based subtitles (PGS, VobSub, DVB) during playback, which could show the previous language or no subtitles at all. - Metadata: Fixed a bug where series and movies could match the wrong title. Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
