Version 3.1.0 - (Sleep) Focus in Schedule: turn on (Sleep) Focus in Schedule settings on the Watch and add the Watch4myPhone Disable Monitoring Focus Filter on iPhone (Settings → Focus → e.g. Sleep → Focus Filters → Add Filter → Watch4myPhone). Location updating then stops automatically when that Focus turns on, so you don't have to set fixed Start and Stop times when your bedtime changes. When the Focus ends, you get a notification on iPhone and Apple Watch with a Watch4myPhone button. Tap it to open the app on the Watch and resume monitoring. - More reliable "Sync to iPhone" between Apple Watch and iPhone. - New tip about Schedule and Focus in Tips (tap the Watch4myPhone button).
