About this app

Yeasta is the sourdough companion that knows what's next.

Whether you're nurturing your first culture or juggling four starters at once, Yeasta keeps every feeding, every bake, and every outcome in one place. Open the app and it tells you the one thing that matters most right now.

KNOW WHAT'S NEXT

Smart Today watches your starters and your bakes. Overdue feeding, starter nearing its peak, bake halfway through bulk — the Home screen surfaces the one thing you should do next, the moment you open the app. A running bake shows its time left in big numbers, every starter gets a bar showing how close it is to its peak, and a Coming up list lines up your next feedings and bake steps.

BAKE WITH A GUIDE

Start a guided bake from any recipe and Yeasta walks you through it step by step. Live timers tick on your lock screen so you can step away and never lose your place.…

Version 2.10 · 2026-09-28
- Revamped Home screen: your bake's time left in big numbers, a bar for every starter showing how close it is to its peak, and one Coming up list for feedings, bake steps and planned bakes. - CSV export: every feeding, bake and note in one file, from Settings or the Journal. - iCloud backup and sync is now free for everyone. - Tapped a step as done too early? Guided bakes now let you go back a step. - Cleaner Journal and Tools screens. - Fixed data loss on multi-device iCloud setups, and stale data when syncing manually.

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
