About this app

The most powerful IPTV player for iPhone and iPad. Full EPG program guide, M3U & Xtream Codes support, and an Enhanced Player (VLC-powered) that handles HEVC, H.265, TS and any stream format — flawlessly.

Import your playlist in under 60 seconds. Paste your M3U URL or Xtream credentials and start watching live channels, movies, and VOD instantly.

— EPG PROGRAM GUIDE —

See what's on across all your channels with a full electronic program guide. Browse current and upcoming shows, never lose track of live TV schedules.

— ANY FORMAT, ANY STREAM —

Some streams use HEVC, H.265, TS, or non-standard codecs that many players can't handle. Yip's Enhanced Player (powered by VLC) handles virtually any stream format — so your channels just work, regardless of encoding.

— WATCHING FROM ABROAD? —

Yip works with any IPTV provider worldwide.…

What's New Add via Xtream Codes — Enter your provider's server, username, and password directly, no more building URLs by hand. We verify your login and tell you exactly what's wrong if something's off — invalid details, an expired subscription, or too many active connections. Clearer error messages — If a playlist can't be added, you'll now see exactly why instead of a silent failure. Subscription & ad reliability improvements — Fixed issues with expired-subscription access and ads not resuming correctly after playback. Minor UI improvements and stability fixes.

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
