Bands are free and automatic.
Every analysed app gets its band row at no cost. There is no band you can only get by paying, and no test changes one.
Appworthy will offer a hands-on test: a person runs our test protocol against your app on a real device and records what it measures. The programme has not opened. Nothing is on sale, and no price is set.
Every analysed app gets its band row at no cost. There is no band you can only get by paying, and no test changes one.
A hands-on test runs our test protocol and records what it measures; code decides what the measurements mean. A test can confirm a finding against you, contradict one, or add one we had not published, and it removes a credit as readily as it adds one.
If something objective on your listing is wrong, send the evidence and we correct it, at no charge.
Every completed test is listed on the audit record, voided tests included, with what each one confirmed, added and contradicted.
A person runs our test protocol against the app on a real device and records measurements: seconds, taps, what a screen showed. The auditor records; code decides what the measurements mean.
Nobody has paid us for a test. If the programme opens, four things hold, and they are commitments rather than intentions:
The rule we hold ourselves to for anything we publish that puts pressure on a developer:
Pressure is legitimate where it is either free to discharge or identical for everyone. Where it is neither — where a published state names one app and only money resolves it — it is a bill, not a notice, and it must not be published.
Free, and open to anyone with evidence.
To report a factual error, email [email protected] with the app, what is wrong and the evidence.
This page has no form, and nothing typed on it is sent anywhere. A person reads the email and checks the fact against the store listing or the app. If we got it wrong, we correct the data. A disagreement with a judgement is not a factual correction; the programme that would re-test one is not yet open.
